Few upgrades to interface,

Still some bugs, but squashing them ....

PS: all files are now writable from the web interface (Locally), weather fixed as well..

I'm still working. Upon updating things, all the locations have changed. Have no fear! I will make you proud 🙂

Fixed weather on supermon, and announcements. The real pain in the neck, was after updating everything, I had this allstar box, blocking the login (Big Allstar logo, taking me back to allstar, couldn't enter any details). After 4 hours, going through every line, in every file. Its Fixed. It was header.inc (there are two of them, one in supermon and allmon. I forget which one it is, best to just remove both lines, in both files (After upgrading). LOL. Time for a rest. Happy new Year Y'all.

PS: What they don't tell you is, you are required to rename weather2.sh to weather.sh, then replace same in /usr/local/sbin .
